Anthony joined Moorepay as MD in February 2019 and is responsible for the overall service we provide to our customers, the wellbeing of our colleagues and the performance of the business. He firmly believes in the adage that if you look after your customers and colleagues, then good business results will come. Anthony is an experienced business leader whose general management skills have been developed during a wide ranging career in blue-chip and entrepreneurial companies. Before joining Moorepay he led two of the most successful ‘challenger brands’ in the telecoms industry. As CEO of Plusnet he led the relaunch of the brand as ‘good honest broadband from Yorkshire’, a strategy which was grounded in providing value for money without compromising on service. As CEO of Tesco Mobile, he led the joint venture between Tesco and O2 to become the UK’s 5th largest mobile provider through marrying unique propositions with great service. Tesco Mobile consistently topped Ofcom’s rankings for service provision and grew rapidly during his tenure. Anthony has a real passion for building and growing businesses through listening to and believing in your colleagues and helping them to do their best for your customers. When he’s not working, you can find him having a quiet time gardening or just occasionally open water swimming in the river near his home. Anthony is also a trustee of ICU Steps, which is a charity run by a mix of former intensive care patients and ICU medical professionals that aims to improve the care and support available to patients recovering from critical illness. Michelle is responsible for running all HR services activity within Moorepay, comprising our Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law, tribunal & consultancy and HR administration teams, our indemnity insurance product and software.

Joining Moorepay in 2017 as HR Business Partner to the leadership team, Michelle is CIPD-qualified with 15+ years of both operational and strategic HR experience. Working previously in the supply chain industry, Michelle gained a wealth of knowledge in multinational business and has an acute understanding of the challenges HR professionals face. She brings this experience and understanding to our HR services offerings to ensure we deliver real added value to our customers.

Outside of work, Michelle fits holidaying and spending time with friends and family around running and organising the social lives of her two young girls.

Hannah joined Moorepay in October 2020 as our HR Business Partner. She’s keen to use her passion and desire to champion the human side of business as she continues to lead Moorepay’s HR department.

Hannah is a people person who combines a good understanding of the business with strong relational skills to create and build trust across the organisation. Her mission at Moorepay is to break down the traditional barriers in HR and give managing people a human touch.

Before joining Moorepay, she spent many years in the telecoms industry at BT where she gained accreditations in coaching as well as joining key HR networks that encourage future leaders in HR to foster everyday inclusion and accelerate employee engagement and performance.

Outside of work, Hannah’s loves spending time with her Boston Terrier Gus, who snores like a trouper. She also enjoys long country walks with her fiancé and Gus followed by a nice meal in a good pub and mealtimes with her family.

Sarah joined Moorepay just before we went into lockdown and looks forward to meeting her colleagues in real life when we return to our offices.

She’s been in finance since she left school, having always been good with numbers.  Her love for maths and spreadsheets meant there was no other job she wanted to do!

For the last 10 years, Sarah has been in the construction industry building her knowledge and leading teams to understand finance using problem-solving for businesses. She understands how businesses operate outside of finance and uses that knowledge to create strong strategies that support how a business is run. This is something she has already made a huge impact on at Moorepay since joining just a few months ago.

When she’s not working, she enjoys long walks with her rescue dog, Roxie. Sarah also loves to socialise and can be found in her kitchen cooking up a feast for her friends and family. She’s also a massive Harry Potter fan and spends many holidays in Florida indulging in her guilty pleasure.

Dan is responsible for running the Marketing teams within Moorepay. This comprises of our Marketing, Customer Onboarding and CRM Teams.

Dan brings over 15 years’ of marketing experience including his time at Moorepay. Joining the business in 2015 as a Product Marketing Manager, Dan was promoted to lead the team in 2018 with the appointment to Head of Product Marketing. In 2020 he was promoted again into the role of Marketing Director.

During his time at Moorepay, Dan has played a pivotal part in shaping the companies product proposition and go-to-market. Using his previous experience within the SAAS industry, Dan successfully leads the marketing department to bring many new solutions offered by Moorepay to market.

His clear and in-depth understanding of our value proposition within the marketing and commercial service offerings ensures that Moorepay delivers real added value to our prospects and customers.

Outside of work, Dan is an avid Manchester United fan and enjoys running, cycling and holidaying with his wife and young daughter in Florida.

Following the acquisition of Natural HR, Jason joined the team as Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Natural HR. Jason is a techie at heart and fell in love with computers over 40 years ago. He has worked in global technical organisations since 1999 and rose from a consultant, and within 5 years of starting the business was leading a team of 12. Covering the UK, Ireland, and Nordics for the largest product set in the company, Jason and his team were responsible for a target of $200m.

Jason co-founded Natural HR, and therefore has an understanding like no other on the technical side of the business. At Moorepay, as CTO, Jason is responsible for the integration of Natural HR’s software into Moorepay. Additionally, Jason will continue to develop Natural HR as it becomes a market leader.

Following the acquisition, Jason is looking forward to spending more time travelling with his family. Which includes wife and co-founder of Natural HR Sarah, their two boys, and cat.
